It was really difficult to manage since we had to figure out the bare minimum of workup for their particular issue that wouldn't generate a lot of costs. Wasn't following my typical standard of care when handling the particular situation which always leaves me uneasy if the diagnosis was unclear. It would be a huge problem if they needed something really expensive, like chemotherapy, or expensive diagnostic testing.
